Thom2 Christensen wins with the Blackmar-Diemer Gambit against Leo Crevatin in a recent tournament. Black chose to defend with the Gunderam Variation with 5.Nxf3 Bf5. After the standard continuation 6.Ne5 e6 7.g4 Bg6 the choice is between 8.Bg2 planning to castle kingside or 8.Qf3 planning to castle queenside. White chose the latter. The master attacked kingside and queenside until he won a piece. This Christensen is one of two masters named Thomas Christensen from Denmark.
I created my Blackmar-Diemer Series which is four books into one. This collection is available in both Kindle digital and paperback.
